Rotolining is a process to provide anti-corrosive lining on inner side of carbon Steel fitting and Chemical/food storage vessels by using Polyethylene Co-Polymer powder during rotomoulding process. PE Co- Polymer material is chemically inert to most of the chemicals, but wherever impermeability to diesel fuels, gasoline etc. is desired, it can be coated inside with an additional layer of Rilsan Polyamide -11 Resin.

Amiantit can provide rotolining in different lining materials depending upon the working environment and chemical composition of transmission fluid. Polythylene co-polymer is recommended for working temperature up to 50 deg C,while in case of higher working temperatures up to 75 deg, cross Linked PE (PEX) can be used. Amiantit Oman can undertake rotolining using RILSAN Polyamide -11 resin for applications demanding impermeability to oil and gas and working temperature up to 90-100 deg C.
